Relpz is an online platform that allows users to create and manage customized artificial intelligence (AI) assistants for their organizations. These assistants can be integrated into websites or accessed via a dedicated web page. Access to the service is provided through authentication via email/password or social accounts (Google, Microsoft, etc.).
To use Relpz, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify Relpz immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Users can create AI assistants, define language models, system prompts, knowledge bases, and access controls. Users are responsible for the appropriate use of the assistants and compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
Relpz operates on a pay-per-message model, according to the pricing table available on the website. Users must maintain sufficient credit to cover service usage. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
All intellectual property rights related to Relpz belong to T2S Tecnologia, Soluções e Sistemas LTDA. Users retain rights to the configurations of the assistants they create. Relpz may use content to improve its services as permitted by law.
Relpz is committed to protecting user data privacy. Data is managed by the users who create the assistants and must comply with local data protection laws. Relpz provides mechanisms for the deletion of personal data upon request.
Relpz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Any dispute related to these Terms of Use will be resolved through arbitration at an international arbitration office, as agreed by the parties. You and Relpz agree to waive any right to litigate disputes in court or participate in class actions.
T2S may change the terms at any time for economic or financial reasons. Changes will be notified to users and will take effect immediately upon posting. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.
